How it works
Write it once
Pick an occasion to fill in the wording, or type your own title, the line before the name and the reason.
Paste the class list
One name per line. To give someone their own award, add a tab, “|” or comma and the award text, or paste two columns from a spreadsheet.
Check every page
Step through the certificates or click any page in the strip. Names that had to shrink a lot are marked, and Show longest name jumps to the hardest fit.
Print or save PDF
Choose landscape or portrait to match the design, 100% scale, margins None and no headers or footers. Save as PDF from the same dialog.

Keep it readable
- Titles under about 40 characters fit in one or two lines.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make awards for an entire class?
Yes. Paste one name per line and the tool makes one page per recipient, up to 100 certificates at a time. Add a tab, a vertical bar or a comma after a name to give that person their own award line.
What happens to a very long name?
Each name is shrunk until it fits on one line. The page list below the preview marks every certificate whose name had to be made noticeably smaller, so you can check it before printing.
Is the uploaded logo sent to a server?
No. The logo and signature images are read in your browser and kept only in this browser's storage if they are small enough.
Are the names saved?
Only if you tick Remember names on this device. The design, wording and signatures are always remembered; the name list is not, unless you choose it.
Can I save the certificates as a PDF?
Yes. Choose Print all certificates, then Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog. Set margins to None and turn off headers and footers. The PDF keeps real, sharp text.
