A certificate for every child at the ceremony
Kindergarten, pre-K and preschool graduations usually hand a certificate – often called a diploma – to every child in the class, one after another, in front of families. That makes it a list job: paste the class list once and every child gets their own certificate in the same design, ready in name order for the ceremony.
For older students and course graduations, use the graduation certificate page instead; the wording there is more formal.
What to put on it
- The title: “Kindergarten Graduation”, “Preschool Graduate” or “Pre-K Diploma”.
- The child's name – the name they are called in class.
- The school or preschool, and the class year: “Sunflower Preschool, Class of 2026”.
- A warm line about what comes next: “ready for first grade”.
- The teacher's and director's signatures, and the school logo.

Bright or formal
The Playful designs suit young children best – a rounded dotted border, confetti and a star – while the Laurel designs give a more traditional diploma look. Portrait orientation looks like a diploma; landscape fits a longer line. Print on 160–200 gsm card so the certificates survive the trip home.

Frequently asked questions
Is a kindergarten graduation certificate the same as a diploma?
For kindergarten and preschool, the words are used interchangeably: it is a keepsake that marks the end of the year, not an official qualification. Title it whichever way your school prefers.
Can I make one for every child in the class at once?
Yes. Paste the class list, one name per line, or import it from a CSV file. Up to 100 certificates print at once, one per page, in list order.
Can each child have a personal line?
Yes. Add a tab, “|” or comma after the child's name and write their line, for example “Mia | for the kindest heart in our class”. Children without one get the line from the Wording section.
Which paper should I use?
160–200 gsm card prints well on most home and office printers and is sturdy enough to carry home. Check your printer's maximum paper weight first.
