Who uses graduation certificates
Preschools and kindergartens for their graduation or moving-up day, primary schools for leavers, clubs and youth programmes, adult-education classes and short courses such as coding bootcamps. These certificates celebrate the occasion; they are not official diplomas. For an accredited qualification, follow the issuing institution's rules for what the document must show.
What to put on it
- The programme and year: “has graduated from Sunflower Preschool, Class of 2026”.
- The graduate's full name.
- The school or organisation with its logo, and two signatures, for example the head teacher and the class teacher.
- The date of the ceremony in the Date field.
