Help us reproduce a problem
Tell us the page address on nivparo.com, the design, paper and orientation you chose, what you expected and what happened, and your browser and device. A made-up example list of names is enough; please do not send real pupils' or employees' details.
Keep private information out of your message
Do not email passwords, payment details or confidential documents. Messages are received through our email provider, separately from the certificate maker, which keeps everything in your browser (see the privacy notice).
We read every message, but cannot promise a reply time or offer professional advice.
