What to put on a perfect attendance certificate
- The exact period: “for attending every day of the autumn term 2026” or “for 100% attendance in the 2025–26 school year”.
- The name as it appears on the class list (paste it from your register or a CSV export).
- The school or organisation with its logo, and a headteacher's or manager's signature.
Recognising improvement too
Perfect attendance rewards something a child cannot always control: illness and family circumstances keep some pupils at home through no fault of their own. Many schools therefore also give an award for improved or excellent attendance, so pupils who worked hard to be there are recognised too. The same template works; only the line changes.

Frequently asked questions
What period should a perfect attendance certificate cover?
Whatever your school counts: a half term, a term or a full school year. Write it in the award line so the certificate still makes sense when someone looks at it years later.
Is there an alternative for pupils who were ill?
Yes. Many schools give an improved attendance or excellent attendance award alongside perfect attendance. Use a personal line such as “for improving your attendance to 98% this term” for those pupils.
Can I print certificates for several classes in one go?
Yes, up to 100 names per batch. Each certificate is printed on its own page.
Can I print blank perfect attendance certificates?
Yes. Leave the names empty and print a blank certificate with an empty name line, then set the number of copies in the print dialog.
